Day 0: Thursday 26 November
18:00–19:00 Welcome gathering at the current ISG campus with non-alcoholic refreshments and finger food.
19:00–21:00 Free transfer by bus to the new ISG building and the astronomical observatory. Participants will rotate between the two activities as the observatory has a capacity of only 18 people at a time. The two locations are very close by. 

Day 1:  Friday 27th November
08:00- 08:15  Arrival

08:15 - 09:45 Opening and Key Note Presentation
 
09:45 - 10:15 Break in the foyer outside the conference rooms.  Refreshments provided by the Nordic Network
 
10:15- 11:30  Session 1 (into 3 pre-allocated groups - James Nottingham, Chris Wright, Lihi Engelsman)
 
11:30 - 11:45 Break in the foyer outside the conference rooms.  Refreshments provided by the Nordic Network
 
11:45 - 13:00 Session 2 (Into 3 pre-allocated groups - James Nottingham, Chris Wright, Lihi Engelsman)
 
13:00 -14:00 Lunch in the hotel's restaurant.  Provided by the Nordic Network
 
14:00 - 15:15 Session 3 (Into 3 pre-determined groups (Into 3 pre-allocated groups - James Nottingham, Chris Wright, Lihi Engelsman)
16:30: Following the conference programme, participants will have the opportunity to visit the Gdańsk Christmas Markets, guided by ISG teachers.

Day 2: Saturday 28th  November
 
10:00 - 11:00   Pechersk School International, Kyiv: 'Running a School in a Conflict Zone'.
11:00–12:30:  Conference participants will be offered guided cultural visits.  The historical city tour will be led by a professional guide, who is also a teacher at ISG, and students of ISG 
12:30-14:00 : The programme will conclude with an optional visit to a traditional Polish restaurant.
